We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to join a well-established national retailer in Osborne Park.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys being in the middle of the action, supporting a team, helping customers, and making sure the store runs smoothly day to day.
You’ll work closely with the Store Manager, helping lead a motivated team and creating a store environment where people feel supported, confident, and proud of what they do.

As Assistant Manager, you’ll be hands-on on the floor - coaching in the moment, driving sales, and maintaining high standards.
- Team Leadership: Support, mentor, and develop a positive team culture.
- Operations: Assist with stock, merchandising, visual presentation, and compliance.
- Customer Excellence: Ensure every interaction reflects care and quality.
- Experience as an Assistant Manager, Senior Supervisor, or Shift Leader
- A natural people leader who enjoys coaching and supporting others
- Someone who is hands-on and comfortable being on the shop floor
- Strong communication skills with a positive, calm approach
- Thrives in a structured but fast-paced retail environment
