About the Role
Working closely with an operations-focused Store Manager, you will play a key role in running the shop floor, leading the team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys being hands-on in all aspects of store operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading from the front on the shop floor, driving sales and team performance
- Coaching, motivating, and developing a team of 10+ staff
- Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high store standards
- Supporting day-to-day operations, including stock, merchandising, and store presentation
- Taking ownership of the store in the Manager’s absence
- Working closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or a strong Senior retailer, ready to step up
- A true customer service superstar who leads by example
- Energetic, driven, and results-focused
- Confident in managing a team in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong operational skills with the ability to support an ops-driven leader
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- $55,000 – $57,000 salary + monthly bonus
- Sunday – Thursday roster (38 hours per week)
- Uniform allowance every 6 months (footwear & apparel)
