- Drive sales, KPIs and customer experience
- Lead by example on the shop floor and get involved with customers
- Support visual merchandising and high store presentation standards
- Manage stock, deliveries and operational processes
- Help recruit, onboard and develop team members
- Build a positive team culture and keep everyone engaged
- Step up and take ownership when the Store Manager is away
- Previous Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager or senior retail leadership experience
- Strong sales and KPI results
- Experience coaching and developing a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organisational and operational ability
- A genuine passion for fashion and styling
- Energy, initiative and a hands-on approach
