- Supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations
- Leading by example on the shop floor and creating memorable customer experiences
- Building genuine relationships with customers through styling and product knowledge
- Coaching and developing a high-performing team
- Driving sales and achieving store targets
- Maintaining high visual merchandising standards and ensuring the store always looks its best
- Managing stock processes and supporting day-to-day administration
- Taking ownership of the store in the Store Manager's absence
- Previous retail leadership experience, ideally within fashion or apparel
- A genuine passion for womenswear, trends, and personal styling
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Confidence leading and motivating a team
- Commercial awareness and a proven ability to drive results
- A hands-on approach and positive attitude
- Someone who loves being on the shop floor and engaging with customers
- $31–$34 per hour depending on experience
