As Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with an operations-focused Store Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store. You will be a visible and motivating leader on the shop floor, leading from the front and supporting a team of approximately 14 team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial results.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the Store Manager with all day-to-day store operations
- Leading from the front on the shop floor and driving sales performance
- Coaching, motivating and developing a high-energy retail team
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience and maintaining strong brand standards
- Supporting stock management, visual merchandising and store presentation
- Taking ownership of the store in the Store Manager's absence
- Driving team performance and maintaining operational excellence across the business
