As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to support the day-to-day running of the Joondalup store, lead by example and help create a positive, welcoming environment for both customers and team members.
From delivering personalised styling advice and coaching team members to supporting sales performance and maintaining beautiful store presentation, you’ll play an important role in bringing the store’s vision to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, coach and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Create personalised styling experiences that help customers feel confident
- Build genuine customer relationships and encourage repeat business
- Support sales, KPIs and overall store performance
- Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Assist with daily operations, stock management and team coordination
- Foster an inclusive, positive and supportive team culture
- Lead by example and support the Store Manager in achieving store goals
You’re a positive, people-focused retail leader who loves fashion and understands the importance of making every customer feel valued. You enjoy working alongside your team, building relationships and creating an environment where people feel confident and supported.
You’ll bring:
- Previous Assistant Store Manager, 2IC or Senior Sales Assistant experience
- Fashion, apparel or customer-focused retail experience
- A genuine passion for styling and helping customers find pieces they love
- Strong communication, coaching and team leadership skills
- Commercial awareness and confidence working towards sales targets and KPIs
- A hands-on approach to store operations and visual presentation
- An inclusive, approachable and customer-focused attitude
