Are you passionate about beautiful homewares, quality interiors, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking a vibrant, customer-focused Assistant Manager to join a well-loved Kiwi brand at their Frankton store!
Working closely with our newly appointed Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining gorgeous visual merchandising standards, and fostering team culture. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Supervisor, 3IC, or existing Assistant Manager looking for a rewarding, people-focused retail role.

- Assist with inventory management and daily store operations.
- Experience: 2-3+ years as a Retail Supervisor, 3IC, or Assistant Store Manager.
- Passion: A genuine interest in homewares, textiles, or interior design.
- Style: Warm, engaging, and customer-focused approach.
- Drive: Target-driven mindset with enthusiasm for achieving team bonuses.
- Availability: Able to work Sunday through Thursday (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Mon-Thu; 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Sun).
