This is a dynamic, hands-on position, and we are looking for a proven sales performer who is energetic and fully committed to delivering results for the brand. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Driving both individual and store-wide sales and KPI targets
- Inspiring and motivating the team daily by fostering a positive culture and ensuring exceptional customer service
- Managing in-store promotions and overseeing visual merchandising
- Supporting the manager with all administrative tasks such as rostering, reporting, stocktakes, and stock management, HR functions, including performance management and recruitment
You will bring a high level of professionalism with a natural ability to inspire and lead a team by working alongside them and setting an example, as well as:
- A genuine passion and commitment to the retail industry
- An enthusiastic, dynamic, driven, and self-motivated personality
- Work autonomously as well as part of a small team
- Proven success in a similar role happy to review candidates with supervisor/keyholder/duty manager experience ready for the next step
- Initiative and the ability to think creatively and solve problems
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
