As Assistant Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager across all areas of the stroe including:
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving KPIs
- Lead, coach, and develop the team to deliver strong customer service
- Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Oversee day-to-day operations including opening/closing, rosters, and stock
- Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and implement actions to improve results
- Create a positive, high-energy team environment that reflects the brand
- Experience in a retail leadership role (Supervisor / Keyholder / Assistant Manager)
- Strong customer service focus and ability to create a great in-store experience
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate a team
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High standards around store presentation and merchandising
- Must have full NZ Working rights
