About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in driving daily operations, team performance, and customer satisfaction. You'll lead by example on the shop floor, mentoring and motivating a team to deliver exceptional service and meet sales targets. This role involves overseeing stock management, visual merchandising, and ensuring brand standards and values are consistently upheld. It’s a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone passionate about retail and team development.

- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong communication and people skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a team.
