About the Role
As Assistant Manager in Chermside, you'll support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team, driving sales results, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coach your team, maintain operational excellence, and lead from the front every day.
What You Need
- Previous experience in a retail leadership position such as Assistant Manager, Department Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader
- Strong ability to drive sales performance and achieve KPIs
- Passion for coaching, developing, and motivating teams
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and operational management abilities
