About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager at Chermside, you’ll support the Store Manager in driving performance across a high-profile location. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a fashion-forward, detail-oriented operator who thrives on the shop floor and enjoys developing people.
You’ll be accountable for supporting sales results, operational standards, and visual execution, while playing a key role in coaching the team and maintaining strong day-to-day rhythms. This role operates on a Sunday–Thursday roster , with availability required for Thursday late nights .
What You Need
- Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or senior retail leader within fashion or lifestyle
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams
- Analytical and operational capability, confident working with KPIs, reports, and store metrics
- Strong visual merchandising skills and attention to detail
- Fashion-forward presentation and a genuine interest in product and styling
- Availability to work a Sunday–Thursday roster
