We’re searching for an experienced Assistant Manager to join a brand-new Chatswood location. Sitting within the store leadership team, you’ll take ownership of the commercial and customer experience side of the business — driving performance, developing an exceptional team and bringing an elevated, experiential approach to retail.
This isn't traditional retail leadership. We’re looking for someone who understands how to combine commercial performance with community, storytelling and exceptional customer experience.
The Opportunity:
Working closely with the Store Manager and broader leadership team, you will:
- Lead the store's sales and service strategy, driving KPIs, conversion and commercial performance
- Coach and develop a high-performing team to deliver an elevated and engaging customer journey
- Build strong product knowledge and storytelling capability across the team
- Create a culture of genuine customer connection and clienteling
- Lead from the floor within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Identify opportunities to build relationships within the local community
- Partner with the leadership team to establish a strong culture within a newly opening store
- Support the continued growth and evolution of the brand in Australia
You’ll be an experienced retail leader who thrives in a progressive, customer-led environment. We’d love to meet candidates who bring:
- Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager or equivalent leadership experience
- A background in premium fashion, beauty, lifestyle, activewear or luxury retail
- Strong commercial capability and confidence driving KPIs
- Experience operating within a busy, high-volume retail environment
- A genuine passion for coaching and developing people
- Strong customer experience, clienteling and relationship-building skills
- An engaging leadership presence and ability to influence from the floor
