As Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Site Manager with the smooth and efficient running of the site. You’ll lead a small team, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure operational standards are consistently met.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the Site Manager with daily operations
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating your team
- Serving customers and managing transactions
- Maintaining stock and store presentation
- Managing rosters and ensuring appropriate staffing
- Upholding safety and compliance procedures
- Contributing to ongoing performance improvements
- Experience leading a team in a hands-on, operational role
- A strong customer focus and great communication skills
- Physically capable and comfortable in an active work environment
- Confidence using basic computer systems (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- A proactive mindset and attention to detail
- Background in retail, fuel, logistics, or hospitality highly regarded
- Up to $73,000 + Super
- Tuesday to Saturday roster, enjoy regular two-day weekends!
