- Partner with the Store Manager to run the store day-to-day
- Lead, coach and develop the team to deliver strong sales and service results
- Drive KPIs and commercial performance
- Set the standard for customer experience, styling and store presentation
- Keep stock, operational processes and compliance on track
- Create an upbeat team culture where people feel supported, challenged and motivated
- Step up and take ownership when the Store Manager is off the floor
- Previous experience as an Assistant Management and/or retail leadership position
- A proven ability to lead, coach and develop a team
- Strong sales and KPI performance
- Great organisational and operational skills
- A genuine passion for fashion, styling and customer experience
- A hands-on, positive leadership style
- The confidence to take initiative and lead by example
- $31–$33 per hour ($64,480–$68,640 per annum) + KiwiSaver
- Sunday–Thursday roster | 40 hours per week
