About the Opportunity
As Assistant Depot Manager, you’ll support the Depot Manager in driving the success of a busy Kalgoorlie site. You’ll lead a small team, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain strong operational and safety standards.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll be actively involved in daily operations. Coaching your team, supporting customers, managing transactions, and ensuring the site runs efficiently and safely on a daily basis. You’ll thrive in a values-driven business that champions continuous improvement, teamwork, and community engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead from the front: Support, coach and motivate a small team to deliver outstanding service
  • Drive operational performance: Assist with daily site management, transactions, and cash handling
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences: Guide & support customers through the process
  • Maintain safety and compliance: Uphold health & safety standards and identify potential risks
  • Oversee presentation and cleanliness: Ensure the depot is safe, organised and efficient
  • Improve performance: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience leading a team in retail or hospitality or similar industry
