About the Role
As Assistant Boutique Manager, you'll be the right hand to the Boutique Manager, playing a critical role in driving sales performance, team development and client engagement. You'll help lead a high-performing team, ensure operational excellence, and champion the brand's renowned customer experience on the floor every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales budgets and KPIs
- Coach, motivate and develop a team of Client Advisors, fostering a positive and goal-driven culture
- Drive CRM strategy at boutique level — client engagement, clienteling and long-term relationship building
- Oversee stock control, rostering and day-to-day boutique administration
- Ensure the boutique consistently reflects international luxury presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Step up and lead the boutique in the Boutique Manager's absence
- Standalone experience as an Assistant Boutique Manager is essential — this is not an entry-level or first-time step-up role
- Proven background in luxury retail, premium fashion or accessories
- Demonstrated success leading and developing a sales team
- Strong CRM/clienteling experience with a genuine passion for building client relationships
- A polished, professional presentation and communication style
- Results-driven with a strong track record against KPIs and sales targets
