We're looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager who enjoys supporting others, getting involved on the shop floor and helping a team succeed.
You'll work closely with the Store Manager in a friendly, down-to-earth environment where your ideas are valued, your contribution matters and there's room to develop as the business grows.

The Opportunity
- Support the Store Manager in leading, motivating and developing the team.
- Help drive sales, conversion and store KPIs.
- Lead by example on the shop floor and deliver excellent customer service.
- Support daily store operations, stock management and merchandising.
- Help maintain high visual and operational standards.
- Build a positive team environment where everyone feels supported.
- Step up and take ownership when required, helping the store run smoothly.
- Previous retail experience in a customer-focused environment.
- Experience supporting or leading a team is ideal, but not essential for the right person.
- A positive, hands-on approach and a willingness to get involved.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to motivate others.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in achieving sales targets.
- Someone who is adaptable, proactive and keen to keep learning.
- Outdoor, apparel or specialist retail experience is advantageous.
- Salary of $60,000–$63,000 + Super.
