The Opportunity
- Support the Store Manager with daily leadership and store operations.
- Motivate and coach team members to deliver great customer service.
- Help achieve sales targets and improve store KPIs.
- Lead by example on the shop floor and support customer needs.
- Assist with stock management, merchandising and store presentation.
- Help create a welcoming, positive and productive team environment.
- Take initiative, solve problems and step up when the Store Manager needs support.
- Retail experience and a genuine interest in customer service.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is beneficial, but we're open to someone ready to take the next step.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn.
- Confidence communicating with customers and supporting a team.
- An interest in sales performance and achieving targets.
- Flexibility, initiative and the ability to adapt in a growing business.
- Outdoor, apparel or specialist retail experience is advantageous.
- Salary of $60,000–$63,000 + Super.
- Monthly performance-based bonus opportunities, subject to store targets and KPIs.
