Step into a pivotal leadership position as Area Manager, overseeing a portfolio of stores across your region. About You:
We are looking for an experienced multi-site retail leader with a proven track record of driving sales, managing wages and hitting KPIs across a portfolio of stores. You are a natural coach who develops Store Managers and their teams to be the best they can be, and you bring a commercial mindset to everything you do. A genuine fashion enthusiast, you understand the importance of brand standards, visual merchandising and exceptional customer experience. The Day to Day:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 7 stand alone stores + 8 Concessions Store Managers to deliver exceptional service and consistent sales results across your portfolio
- Drive performance through clear expectations, regular store visits and positive, constructive feedback
- Ensure all stores maintain high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation in line with VM directives
- Analyse commercial and operational reports across your region to identify opportunities and implement actions that drive profitability
- Manage sales, wages, shrinkage and conversion targets across all assigned stores
- Monitor competitor activity and work with your Store Managers to identify initiatives that keep the brand ahead
- Conduct regular team meetings to review store performance, celebrate wins and address missed opportunities
- Ensure all omni-channel platforms are being utilised effectively across stores to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
- Support the recruitment of high-calibre talent and develop existing team members to build a strong succession pipeline
- Manage controllable expenses and ensure operational compliance across all locations
