As an Area Manager you will be overseeing 7 stores across Western Sydney. Reporting directly to the State Manager, you will oversee and drive performance, leading a network of Store Managers to deliver exceptional results, consistent brand standards and a winning team culture.

Your New Role:
As an Area Manager you will be overseeing 7 stores across Western Sydney. Reporting directly to the State Manager, you will oversee and drive performance, leading a network of Store Managers to deliver exceptional results, consistent brand standards and a winning team culture.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations across 7 Western Sydney locations, ensuring consistency in customer experience, presentation and brand standards
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of Store Managers to reach their full potential and drive store performance
- Analysing store KPIs, sales data and reporting to identify opportunities and implement strategies that improve performance across the network
- Conducting regular store visits to provide hands-on support, feedback and direction
- Driving recruitment, succession planning and talent development across your store network
- Managing labour, budgets and costs across multiple sites to ensure operational efficiency
- Acting as the key link between store teams and senior leadership, cascading business strategy and ensuring alignment across all locations
- Proven experience as a Cluster, Multi-Site Manager or senior Store Manager ready to step up
- Strong people leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams
- Commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and drive sales outcomes across multiple sites
- Highly organised and self-driven with the ability to manage competing priorities across a large geographic area
- A hands-on, visible leadership style with a genuine passion for retail and customer experience
- Experience with KPI management, labour planning and budget accountability
- Base salary of $75,000 + Super + Perks
