With a mix of company-owned and franchise locations, they're seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead performance, grow customer relationships and support stores across the Lower North Island.
This is a highly commercial role, combining multi-site leadership, franchise relationship management, trade sales growth and operational excellence.
About the Role:
- Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and teams across the region
- Partner with franchise owners and key stakeholders to drive performance
- Grow trade, commercial and industrial customer relationships
- Deliver sales growth, profitability and KPI achievement
- Support recruitment, succession planning and operational standards
- Travel throughout the Lower North Island as required
- Proven multi-site leadership experience
- Strong commercial and sales focus
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within franchise, dealer or mixed corporate/franchise networks highly regarded
- Background in trade, hardware, automotive, industrial, agricultural or related sectors advantageous
