About the role:
This is a 3IC / Keyholder position, sitting just below Assistant Store Manager level. You’ll play a key part in supporting day-to-day store operations, leading from the front on the shop floor, and stepping up when required.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting the Store Manager in driving sales and customer experience
- Acting as a keyholder and when required, taking responsibility for the store in their absence
- Leading by example on the floor and helping to guide the team
- Maintaining operational standards, including admin and stock processes
- Ensuring visual merchandising and store presentation are consistently high
- Solid retail experience, ideally with some exposure to leadership or keyholder responsibilities
- Strong work ethic and a hands-on, proactive approach
- Trustworthy and reliable, someone who takes ownership
- A team player who leads by example and supports others
- Interest in interiors, homewares, or design is advantageous but not essential
