With more than a decade of experience across luxury fashion retail and talent acquisition, Sibeal brings a strong understanding of the retail industry with a key focus on Fashion & Luxury across Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.

Sibeal began her career in Ireland, spending 10 years in luxury retail management and sales across premium department stores and boutique environments. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Merchandising and Design, as well as diplomas in Fashion Buying and Fashion Management, giving her a strong foundation across luxury retail, customer experience, commercial performance and brand presentation.

After relocating to Australia in 2022, Sibeal moved into talent acquisition, specialising in retail recruitment across Australia and New Zealand. She has partnered with leading fashion retailers to recruit store leadership roles ranging from Assistant Store Managers through to State Managers. This has given her a clear understanding of the experience, leadership capability and commercial awareness needed to succeed in retail.

Alongside her store recruitment experience, Sibeal has also recruited across a range of head office functions, giving her a broader understanding of the teams and departments that support a successful retail business.

Having worked on both sides of the industry, Sibeal understands the realities of building strong retail teams and the importance of finding the right cultural and commercial fit. Her approach is honest, collaborative and relationship-focused, with an emphasis on understanding what both clients and candidates genuinely need.
