Enola’s passion has always been people. With six years in the retail industry working with incredible Australian and international brands, she hasn’t just learnt about life on the shop floor, she’s lived it.

Having worked on the ground herself, she understands the pace, the pressure and what great leadership really looks like in store.

Enola genuinely enjoys connecting with new people, taking the time to understand what they are looking for and how she can best support them. Whether it is guiding a candidate through their next career move or partnering with a brand to find the right retailer for their store, she approaches every conversation with care and honesty.

With retail brands, Enola is focused on understanding the business behind the brief, the team culture and what will actually work in the role. She values open communication, long term relationships and outcomes that make sense for everyone involved.

Outside of work, Enola enjoys being a self proclaimed professional soccer WAG, spending quality time on the couch rewatching her favourite series like High School Musical and keeping up to date with the retail industry through a bit of “market research” aka a little bit of retail therapy.
