With over 8 years of agency recruitment experience and 12 years in retail and wholesale roles across New Zealand and Australia, Dana brings extensive hands-on industry expertise to her role as the Agency Manager at Retailworld Auckland.

She leads a dynamic team of motivated Account Managers in both the Executive and Shopfront sectors. Dana began her career in retail during high school, progressing through various roles, including Fashion PR and Marketing for an iconic denim brand.

She later moved to Melbourne to spearhead their vertical retail expansion, before stepping into a State Sales and Account Management position with the brand. Dana then transitioned to retail operations for a large Australasian vertical retailer with over 250 stores across Australia & New Zealand, before exploring her passion for travel across the UK and Europe. Upon returning to New Zealand, she became the National Sales Manager, overseeing retail and wholesale sales management and buying for several leading fashion brands.

In the past 8 years, Dana has advanced from Account Manager to Team Leader of the Executive Team and now to Agency Manager. Her current role involves leading a team of dedicated Account Managers and successfully placing candidates in diverse roles, from Senior Leadership appointments to Retail Operations, including Multi-Site Management, Marketing & eCommerce, Merchandising (encompassing Buying, Planning, Design, and Production), and Visual Merchandising.

Dana is based in our Auckland office which recruits an extensive variety of roles within the retail and consumer industries, sourcing top-tier candidates for positions ranging from shopfront roles to senior-level executives.
