Dajana brings a unique blend of recruitment, retail and people-focused experience to her role as a consultant at RWR. With a background spanning recruitment, HR, operations and fashion, she brings a well-rounded understanding of both candidates and businesses and what it takes to create the right fit.

With experience in both fast-paced retail environments and end-to-end recruitment, Dajana has developed a strong understanding of the people and pace behind the industry. She is passionate about building genuine relationships, taking the time to understand what motivates people and connecting them with opportunities where they can thrive.

Dajana’s approach is practical, personable and detail-focused. She enjoys working closely with both clients and candidates to understand their needs and find solutions that work for everyone. Her experience across different sides of the people and recruitment space gives her a unique perspective and allows her to bring a thoughtful, hands-on approach to every search.

Outside of work, Dajana enjoys staying creative, exploring new places and spending time with family and friends. She is naturally curious, people-oriented and always up for trying something new.
