Bringing together a career in retail and six years of recruitment experience, Caitlin joined Retailworld in 2023 and hasn’t looked back. After three years recruiting and leading our Sydney business, she made the move to Melbourne in 2026 to step into the role of Agency Director, leading our VIC team and working day-to-day with brands and retailers. 

Caitlin specialises in retail operations, support office and executive recruitment across the retail space.

With a retail background with some of Australia's most beloved brands, she has used what she learnt back in the day on the beautifully chaotic shop floor to support brands, find the right people for their business and collaborate with retailers to find their next dream role. 

She brings a structured, straight-talking approach shaped by real commercial experience and becomes an extension of your business (the kind you won’t get rid of easily and honestly, why would you). Known for her transparency and market insight, Caitlin is often the first call for confidential conversations, strategic advice and realistic guidance as businesses and careers evolve.
