• Take charge of daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all areas
• Oversee sales performance and work with the team to achieve targets

• Monitor KPIs and store performance metrics, implementing strategies to drive results
• Maintain operational excellence, including stock management, visual merchandising, and compliance
• Support the Store Manager in planning and executing store initiatives, promotions, and events

• Previous retail management experience, ideally in fashion or fast-paced environments
