The Role:

As Area Manager, you’ll oversee a high-performing portfolio across South-East Queensland and North Queensland, leading a passionate team of Store Managers and driving operational excellence. You’ll be hands-on, strategic, and people-focused – balancing the commercial with the creative to deliver exceptional results and an inspiring brand experience every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Store Managers to deliver sales and service excellence.
• Drive performance through strong commercial planning, KPI management, and operational standards.
• Build capability across your region through consistent coaching, feedback, and development.
• Ensure brand consistency across visual merchandising, client experience, and presentation.
• Partner closely with national retail leadership to execute key initiatives and elevate performance.

About You:

• Current or recent Area or Cluster Manager within fashion retail (apparel experience essential).
• Known for your energy, presence, and ability to inspire teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with the confidence to make data-driven decisions.
• Polished presentation and a genuine passion for women’s fashion and styling.
• Experienced leading across multi-site environments in fast-paced, high-volume retail.
