Your New Role

As the Assistant Concession Manager, you will work alongside the Concession Manager to support all aspects of the business. You’ll be hands-on on the floor, leading by example with client service, styling and sales, while also assisting with operational tasks and team management. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven leader to grow within a luxury environment and take the next step in their career.

What You Will Get Up To

• Support the Concession Manager in driving commercial results and exceeding targets.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering an elevated service experience and personalised styling.
• Assist with rostering, payroll, stock control and daily operational tasks.
• Help implement action plans to grow sales and improve team performance.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing feedback and development opportunities.
• Take on leadership responsibility when the Concession Manager is absent, ensuring smooth operations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

The Experience Checklist

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Senior Stylist within fashion or accessories retail (luxury experience highly regarded).
• A proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Exposure to sales reporting, stock management and operational processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead, motivate and inspire others.
• A passion for luxury fashion, styling and delivering client-focused experiences.
• Career ambition and readiness to step into a full management role in the future.
