We’re searching for an experienced Store Manager to oversee the Burwood location, managing a large team and ensuring the store thrives in a dynamic, customer-first environment. 

Your New Role:

As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for every aspect of store operations, from managing stock and rosters to driving sales and ensuring targets are met. In this hands-on role, you'll lead by example, coaching and mentoring your team to excel in customer service, maximise sales and maintain operational efficiency.

About You:

• Experience in store manager for 2-3 years with confidence in leading large teams of 15+ and understanding of KPIs.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and influence your team.
• Passionate about health, wellness, and living an active lifestyle.
• A  proactive store manager who loves to be across all elements of the store including stock management and retail operations.
• Ability to build moral and a collaborative team environment through. onboarding, training and continuous development for your team.
