Your Role:

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Overseeing the daily operations of the store to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Maximising sales opportunities and driving store performance.
• Creating an engaging, fun atmosphere that reflects our brand's personality.
• Managing stock, visual merchandising, and store presentation to maintain a stylish, fashion forward space.
• Training and developing team members to help them grow in their roles.
• Ensuring store targets and KPIs are consistently met.

About You:

• Ideally, fashion or footwear experience is preferred, but we’re open to candidates from any retail background with a passion for youth-focused, edgy brands - 2+ years ideally.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• A genuine passion for fashion, especially in the footwear and accessories space.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, and managing sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
