About the Role

This is more than just a customer service role. As the Customer Experience Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind a passionate service team, ensuring customers feel supported at every touchpoint. You’ll coach, mentor, and motivate your team while handling escalations and championing a positive, solutions-focused culture.

This role is perfect for someone who loves helping people, leads from the front, and thrives in an environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a small team across phone, online and face-to-face customer interactions
  • Handle escalated enquiries with empathy and efficiency
  • Manage rosters, recruitment, and team performance feedback
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Identify and implement ways to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Be a hands-on leader who leads by example and sets the service standard
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a customer service leadership role
  • A hands-on, positive and solutions-driven leader
  • Experience in eCommerce, retail or similar service environments is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Comfortable navigating CRMs or customer platforms
  • Able to work the occasional weekend (but flexible rosters mean balance is achievable)
