About the Role This is more than just a customer service role. As the Customer Experience Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind a passionate service team, ensuring customers feel supported at every touchpoint. You’ll coach, mentor, and motivate your team while handling escalations and championing a positive, solutions-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities - Lead and support a small team across phone, online and face-to-face customer interactions
- Handle escalated enquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Manage rosters, recruitment, and team performance feedback
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Identify and implement ways to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Be a hands-on leader who leads by example and sets the service standard
What We’re Looking For - Previous experience in a customer service leadership role
- A hands-on, positive and solutions-driven leader
- Experience in eCommerce, retail or similar service environments is highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Comfortable navigating CRMs or customer platforms
- Able to work the occasional weekend (but flexible rosters mean balance is achievable)
