About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a confident and experienced Store Manager to lead the fast Doncaster team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a premium fashion retailer with a strong heritage in modern design and tailored style. As the leader of the store, you will drive a high-performance culture, coach and develop your team and be accountable for all aspects of store success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop a passionate team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Drive store performance through strong sales, KPI achievement, and team engagement
• Ensure visual merchandising standards reflect the brand’s premium aesthetic
• Manage stock control, inventory, and loss prevention processes
• Execute effective rostering, training, and performance management
• Create a culture of accountability, feedback, and ongoing development
• Maintain operational excellence and ensure compliance with company policies
• Foster strong client relationships through styling, service, and in-store events
• Provide styling to their customer base
