A Day in Your World

• Style and support brides through a heartfelt, personalised experience
• Motivate and guide your team to meet sales and service goals
• Provide hands-on coaching and support to help your team grow
• Manage daily boutique operations, from bookings to visual merchandising
• Track performance and uncover new opportunities for success
• Keep the boutique looking its best - calm, curated, and beautifully styled
• Build lasting connections with customers who’ll never forget their experience with you

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• 2+ years in a retail leadership role, ideally in bridal, fashion, or luxury
• A natural ability to lead, inspire, and coach others
• A strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills
• A creative eye and a love for beautifully curated spaces
• Comfortable using tech tools like iPads, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office 
• Saturday availability to make the most of peak bridal appointments
