About the Role

• Lead, motivate, and develop the Produce Department team.
• Collaborate closely with the store leadership team to deliver department excellence.
• Drive compliance, safety, and quality standards across the department.
• Develop efficient rosters and plan for peak trading periods.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and stock quality to maximise customer satisfaction.
• Support the Store Manager in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing fresh produce departments.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and mentoring teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Passion for visual merchandising, stock control, and achieving operational goals.
• Experience in a highly regulated environment is a plus but not essential.
