My client is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join their business at any of their South Auckland based retail stores!

Role responsibilities: 
  • Nurturing and developing a high-performing team - upskilling team members and driving their performance on a daily basis, keeping in mind fun, engaging people-focused culture
  • Supporting the Store Manager with financial operations including KPIs, finance & P&L
  • Leading by example with phenomenal customer service - driving your team to make customer-centric decisions in every interaction 
  • Managing processes/compliance inline with industry specific laws

  • Strong experience within complex/technical retail management
  • Solid financial skills - experience in sales metrics & KPIs

  • Driven, emotionally mature & resilient individual who can lead with empathy
  • Hard working, 'get your hands dirty' work ethic & leadership style
