Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain an impeccable standard of store presentation consistently.
• Offer personalized experiences to clients at every stage of their journey.
• Ensure clients enjoy the best possible interactions and experiences.
• Handle administrative tasks, including stock management and meeting sales targets.
• Manage the entire customer lifecycle from initial booking to aftercare.
• Act as a key-holder.
