You’ll be joining a team with a range of experienced team and are looking for a like-minded person to join their brand new Northwood Store.

  • $60k - $63k base salary depending on exp
  • Monthly Bonus - earn upto $12k per year
  • Full-time position working a rotating roster (every 2nd weekend off)

The Job:
You’ll be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager, your role will include but is not limited to: 
  • Providing high-quality advice, sales and support to your customers 
  • Operating POS (Orders, Sales, Stock Enquiries, Returns) 
  • Arranging delivery of stock
  • Overseeing Stocktakes & Inventory Control 
  • Merchandising and ensuring a high level of housekeeping standards are met  
  • Opening and closing of the store and sole charge 
  • Supporting the Branch Manager in all operational tasks - HR Functions, Budgets, reporting and more. 
What you’ll need to be successful: 
You’ll have previous sales or customer service experience as well as but not limited to: 
  • Genuine interest and passion for camping, hiking, fishing & boating industry (doesn’t have to be all of them)
  • Proven experience in managing and leading teams for 3+ years 
  • Physically strong and able to handle large and heavy stock loads of upto 20kgs 
  • Proven experience in a customer service-focused role
  • Outgoing personality with a “Can Do” positive attitude and a team player
