We have a rare opportunity for you to lead the Canberra flagship for an internationally renowned luxury jeweler. Whilst jewellery knowledge is a plus, your attitude, leadership qualities, and values are what we're looking for. Experience working with jewellery is not required. Take the next step in your career, lead from the front, and have fun while you do it! 


The day-to-day:

• Lead by example, providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive shopping experience
• Motivate and manage a team of passionate sales associates, setting targets and driving performance
• Ensure the store is well-merchandised and maintained, creating an inviting and visually appealing shopping environment
• Manage administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, payroll, reporting, and inventory evaluation

Is this for you?

• You have previous experience in a retail management role, with strong operational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment. Jewellery experience highly regarded but not required.
• You’re a strong leader with fine tuned team management skills, focused on cultivating a fun and engaging workplace
• You communicate clearly and have good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
• You’re experienced in evaluating, tracking and exceeding sales targets and KPI’s
