Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team in achieving their targets and objectives. Our ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a love for cooking and food. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist our sales team in managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining customer records in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and preparing sales reports.
• Work closely with our sales, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or a related field.
• Previous Cheffing/Cooking experience Desired.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A genuine love for food and a good understanding of kitchen and hospitality equipment

Benefits: 

• Competitive salary range of $55,000 - $60,000 + Super.

• Monday - Friday roster with occasional Saturday work.
