The ideal candidate will have strong background in Retail Management leading a team by example and being hands on in their approach to development and providing an exceptional customer experience.
   
The ideal candidate:
   
A dynamic and enthusiastic leader with previous management experience who can think quickly on their feet and be able to lead and develop a large team of up to 20 staff.  Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will need to be hands on whilst having a clear understanding of day to day store operations as well as inventory management in a fast paced environment whilst providing an exceptional customer experience on a daily basis.  You have to set the standards for your team and be willing to go above and beyond the call of duty.
