Who we are looking for:
  
The ideal candidate will have strong background in Retail Management leading a large team by example and being hands on. Their approach to staff development and providing an exceptional customer experience will always be in the forefront of their mind as will the drive for success.

As a dynamic and enthusiastic leader with previous retail management experience who can think quickly on their feet, you will be able to lead and develop a large team of up to 20 staff.  You will need to be hands on whilst having a clear understanding of day to day store operations including rostering, inventory management, forecasting and working towards sales targets as well as providing an exceptional customer experience on a daily basis.
