The role:

Looking for an enthusiastic and sales-focused manager to lead an awesome team of 6. As the Store Manager, you'll drive sales, manage operations, assess and manage phone repairs with the goal of delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Skills and Attributes required:

• Store Manager with a proven track record in achieving company goals
• Experience in the electronics, telecommunications or phone repair industry is appreciated but not essential 
• Vibrant and energetic personality 
• Eager to learn & grow mindset 
• Excellent communication & problem solving skills 
• Ability to manage inventory, stocktakes and store security 
• Passionate about technology and electricals 
• Experience facilitating sales & customer service training to retail team members
