Assistant Manager - Milford | Auckland_NewZealand

Join an iconic fashion store based in gorgeous Milford. Amazing company culture & great team. $60-62k per annum + Incentives + career progression.

About the Role:
  • You will be part of a dynamic team of up to 14, working closely with a fantastic Store Manager to provide support and guidance
  • You will have the opportunity to take on a variety of tasks, from operational planning and budgeting to customer service and staff management
  • Monitor store & staff performance and take corrective action where necessary
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability in line with company objectives
  • Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the store  
  • This ASM role is based at their gorgeous Milford branch

About You:
  • Proven experience in retail management and a love of fashion & styling
  • Passion to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads
  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet, working well under pressure
  • A track record of achieving financial targets and KPIs
Please note you must currently be residing in NZ, have full NZ working rights and have NZ experience in retail management to be considered for this role.
