Our client is searching for a standout Store Manager to join the team at their Riccarton location. The Role: 
As the Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving business success. Your job includes but is not limited to:

• Inspiring and leading a new team of 5+
• Driving sales with a hands-on approach 
• Ensuring high performance through training and development of staff 
• Management Operations including rostering, HR functions, day-to-day store maintenance duties, stock control, loss prevention, visual merchandising and more.  

About You: 
You’ll need to be experienced, confident, dynamic and bring a true passion for sales and retail. 

• Strong leadership experience in a senior ASM or Store Manager role
• A confident, resilient and outgoing personality!
• High level of understanding and experience with retail operations and ideally within Fashion/Appareal retail
• Ability to inspire and drive sales results through your team. 
• Provides exceptional customer service in a busy environment.  
• Adaptable, flexible and can work well under pressure!
