About the Role:

We have an opportunity for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead a high performing team. You will oversee all day-to-day operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and rostering, ensuring the store is functioning at maximum operational efficiency while offering customers a great shopping experience. 

The Ideal Candidate Will Be:

• Confident in managing all aspects of running a store, with the ability to lead from the front in driving store performance and exceptional customer service, to deliver outstanding results. 
• Proud to lead by example, create memorable customer connections with new and loyal customers and love to make recommendations when it comes to styling. 
• Have incredible mentoring and coaching skills with the ability to inspire their team and create a collaborative work environment. 
• A great communicator and have a strong understanding of all things stock control, team development, visual merchandising, store operations and KPI & Budget management.
