About the Role

• Strong passion for providing outstanding customer experiences 
• Driving and inspiring the team to achieve and exceed KPI’s 
• Responsible for daily operations of the store with up to 15 people reporting to you
• Responsible for people, product and visual merchandising

  
  
Desired Skills & Experience 

• Proven experience in a retail leadership role leading 
• Passionate for all things outdoor and adventure 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and employees
• Good organisational, planning and problem-solving skills
• Experience in developing and coaching a team
