Overview:

As the Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of retail store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. Your leadership will be instrumental in upholding the integrity and efficiency of our client's store operations, including leading the tech repair service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail management, along with qualities such as integrity and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
  
• Oversee tech repair services, ensuring timely and accurate repairs while upholding quality standards.
• Supervise and train store staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high performance and adherence to company standards.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and inventory levels, implementing strategies to optimize profitability and minimize shrinkage.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail management, with a strong understanding of store operations and sales techniques.
• Experience in tech repair is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
